Aaron Sherlock
Founding Partner
Aaron is a founding partner of NNK Real Estate
Investment Management and has over 12 years relevant
experience. This covers the full range of
investment management activities including
acquisitions, disposals, active asset management and
the restructuring of non-performing loan
portfolios. He is responsible for the
formulation of investment strategy, market research
& investor relations.
Prior to founding NNK, Aaron worked as an asset
recovery manager at IBRC NAMA Unit and was responsible
for a portfolio of circa €2bn of loans for NAMA.
At CBRE, he served as team leader for the
valuation and transfer of a portfolio of approximately
ten thousand properties (value €26 Bn) on behalf of
Allied Irish Banks for transfer to NAMA. While at
Knight Frank he was an Investment Surveyor on the
Irish European capital markets team and he specialised
in UK investment.
Aaron is a MSc property investment graduate of University of Reading and is a qualified financial advisor, he is also a member of the Investment Property Forum and the Institute of Bankers.

Eoin Brady
Founding Partner
As a founding partner of NNK Real Estate Investment
Management, Eoin has a broad range of relevant
property experience developed over 15 years in real
estate investment, asset management and property
development. Eoin’s expertise was developed in a
multi-family office which specialises in real estate
investment and property development. He currently
manages a private portfolio for a consortium of
investors, his experience and knowledge covers site
acquisition, project management, business management,
commercial development, portfolio management, loan
facility negotiations as well as active tenant
management.
Eoin is responsible for a full range of investment
management activities which include sourcing new
investments, asset management strategies, investor
reporting, project management, financial analysis and
planning.
Eoin is a MSc property investment graduate of
University of Reading and a member of the Investment
Property Forum.
